This report contains quantitative toxicology endpoints estimated using read-across or regression analysis, to supplement predictions generated from expert-rules based software like Derek Nexus. The predictions are generated using OECD QSAR toolbox. The assessment includes:

• Read-across or trend analysis generated prediction of the concerned endpoint.
• Justification for choice of surrogates.
• Range of confidence for prediction.
